We want you to be satisfied with your subscription. If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund under the following conditions:
1) ELIGIBILITY
- Refund requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days from the date of payment.
- The refund applies only to subscription fees paid for the current billing period.
- Refunds are not available for any prior billing periods or unused credits after the 14-day window.
2) HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
- Send your refund request to recruizen@gmail.com with your account details, payment receipt, and reason for the request.
- We may request additional information to verify the transaction and your identity.
3) PROCESSING
- Refunds are processed manually by our team.
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider, but we aim to complete refunds within 14 business days after approval.
4) NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
- Credits for jobs or candidates that have already been used.
- Payments for custom or enterprise plans negotiated with our sales team, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
